The NWISL Board of Directors is currently looking for the following Board Position to be filled:

NWISL Referee Coordinator

This is a paid position that is voted in yearly. Anyone interested in this position must meet the following qualifications:

• Be 21 years or older
•  Fluent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc..)
• Fluent with Google platform (Google Sheets, Docs, Chat)
• Know how to manipulate and transfer data from one platform to another seamlessly.
• Be proficient with the rules of soccer. 
• Have an IHSAA or USSF (Grade 8) License or higher.
• Be willing and able to teach multiple Beginner and Recertification courses to new and returning Referees. These courses will include a classroom portion, open note test and on field training portion.
• Schedule Referee crews for all NWISL Games for regular season as well as all tournament games.
• Perform weekly observations on Referee Crews within the NWISL and correct errors in performance as they arise.
• Help oversee any game issues during Regular Season or Tournament Matches and provide insight on disciplinary consequences.
